Hello, I’m Hannah
I’m a registered dietitian, plant-based foodie and wild food forager. I am passionate about working with both individuals and groups to promote good nutrition, positive relationships with food and sustainable healthy lifestyles.
I moved to Totnes in October 2021 after previously working in London as an NHS dietitian. Now I am happily following a more holistic career path and way of life here in Devon, where I work freelance for organizations such as The Apricot Centre (a regenerative biodynamic fruit and vegetable farm with a wellbeing service) and LOVE FOOD (a plant-based community kitchen and cooking school in Exeter). I lead plant-based cooking workshops, nature connection sessions and foraging and wild food cookery with a range of groups, including vulnerable children, families and asylum seekers but also the wider Totnes community. I especially love singing the praises of edible ‘weeds’, sharing about their folklore, nutritional and medicinal properties and of course their delicious culinary applications.
