I have been a passionate forager for over 10 years (or over 30 if you count blackberry foraging as a young child!) and leading foraging and wild food cooking courses since 2019.

Cooking and sharing food together is such an important part of life. My love of cooking and learning about cuisines from around the world took off in 2018 when I started volunteering for Made in Hackney, a wonderful plant-based community kitchen and cooking school in London.

I have been a registered Dietitian since 2018. Before moving to Devon I worked as a dietitian in the NHS, both in adult and paediatric dietetics.
